We are contactable 24/7, with all enquiries and bookings confirmed promptly to the person in charge by phone, fax or e-mail.
Our Guarantee
- Chauffeurs will be neatly dressed.
- The car will be clean both interior and exterior.
- The car will arrive on time, usually 20 minutes in advance of the planned departures time.
- Chauffeurs will be English speaking and contactable at all stages of your journey with us.
- All passengers will be provided with complimentary bottled water and newspaper of your choice.
- Your details will not be passed on to any third party without your express permission.
Once we know your intended journey & dates we will give you a firm quotation which you then confirm and the amount will be charged to your credit card per details supplied & confirmed at time of booking.

Other Terms
- Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
- Visa and Mastercard credit cards accepted.
- In the unlikely event of our Chauffeurs being late due to circumstances whether beyond our control or not, no liability will be accepted.
- All parking will be charged at cost.
- The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in, or on, the car howsoever the damage or loss is caused.
- All evening hires are charged as a wait and return after 6 pm.
- Receipts are available upon request.
- Gratuities are solely at the clients discretion, we do not make any charge.
- Your booking will not be charged to your credit card until 24 hours before the pick up time. After this time there will be no refunds.
